| UW

Eternal Arts has equipped its DP MkII DAC CD player with a DAC function so that external digital sources can also enjoy the tube output stage.

The new model offers coaxial and optical digital inputs as well as a USB-B port for the PC. Eternal Arts uses a Burr-Brown converter chip PCM 1796 for CD playback and a Wolfson WM 8805 for external sources. Both converters can handle resolutions up to 24 bit/192 kHz. Analog and digital modules are powered by separate power supplies. Complete with infrared remote control the DP MkII DAC costs 1990 Euro. It is available immediately and comes with a three-year warranty (tubes limited).
