Focal presents the new "Theva" product line, consisting of 6 speakers, which is the new entry-level series of the manufacturer. In addition to a center and a speaker for surround use, one standmount speaker and three floorstanding speakers were unveiled.
Theva N°1 is a compact shelf speaker; Theva N°2 is an extremely slim 3-way floorstanding speaker with 13 cm woofers. Theva N°3 is a classic 3-way floorstanding speaker; and Theva N°3-D is said to also enable Dolby Atmos® sound in high quality with an additional upward facing driver.
All speakers feature the so-called "slatefiber" cones for midrange drivers and woofers, while Focal's aluminum-diaphragm inversed dome tweeter works in the higher frequencies.
The products are available now* in black or wood finish at prices ranging from €400* to €2000* per pair.
