New Top-Of-The-Line Model

AVM with new All-in-One Flagship

AVM already offered a rather big selection of all-in-one devices (or CD network receivers). Now, the new, particularly exclusive Ovation CS 8.3 Black Edition for around 15,000 euros joins this product range.

AVM – based in the town of Malsch, Germany – adds a new device to the top end of its all-in-one lineup with the Ovation CS 8.3 Black Edition. The new all-in-one features a top selection of the latest ESS DAC as well as tubes specifically manufactured for the Black Edition, according to AVM. These sit in the preamplifier section, while the signal is transmitted via new, internal silver wirings and speaker outputs from WBT. Thus, AVM claims that the CS 8.3 Black Edition aims to set new standards in terms of sound.

The look of this "High Performance" version of the previously leading all-in-one from the manufacturer AVM is also supposed to be vastly different: Thus, all control knobs and buttons come completely in a black finish, while the lid carries an exclusive "Black Edition" lettering. The AVM Ovation CS 8.3 Black Edition is said to be available starting in April* at an MSRP of around €15,000*.
