Burmester streams classical music

The Burmester Musiccenter app now offers access to the Berlin classical music streaming service "Idagio".

This is the first streaming service exclusively for classical music. It offers more than 2 million tracks in lossless CD quality (FLAC with 16 bit and 44.1 kHz) from all three major labels and over 1000 independents, including exclusive recordings. A search function specially developed for classical music can filter according to criteria such as conductor, orchestra or soloist, in order to find the desired version e.g. of the more than 180 versions for Beethoven's 9th Symphony. Idagio has subscribers in over 190 countries and is available as an app for iOS and Android, as a desktop application for Windows and macOS, via Internet browser and - in addition to Burmester - also via Sonos and Chromecast. The subscription costs about 10 Euro per month.
