As part of the IE series of earphones, the new IE 200 from Sennheiser are intended to combine high-quality sound with a compact design. The new in-ear headphones work with 7-millimeter drivers as well as Sennheiser's "TrueResponse" technology and are said to be particularly low in distortion and provide a natural sound, among other things. In addition, the "Dual Tuning" function, which allows the earbuds to be placed in different positions, is said to allow for adjustment of the sound.
According to Sennheiser, the IE 200 was designed for a comfortable and pleasant wearing experience; the earpieces also come including foam and silicone attachments in different sizes, which are additionally said to filter outside noise. In addition to a 3.5mm jack plug, the IE 200's cables also offer MMCX connectors.
