The R3 refers in its design language to the award-winning models R5 and R7. Its compact dimensions make it ideal for smaller spaces.
Streaming is possible from services like Spotify Connect, Amazon, Tidal and Deezer. Also on board are a CD player, aptX Bluetooth, a SmartRadio Tuner, a USB-C input with playback and charging function, an analogue RCA and a digital optical input. There is also a line out connection and a headphone output on the back.
The self-developed NS+ speaker units with neodymium magnets and lightweight membranes are driven by the integrated 30 Watt Class A/B amplifier. The construction of the cabinet has been carefully designed and tuned with the acoustic properties of the drivers in mind. The sonic performance is supported by a DSP, which is designed to ensure a realistic and balanced sound image at any volume.
The new Ruark R3 will be available from September with a choice of walnut veneer or matt grey lacquer finish at a price of around 800 Euro.
