Tall, three-part and weighing around 200 kg

Super Speakers "Medeos" from Audio Physic

Audio Physic from Germany used the High End to present the new, exclusive and impressive "Medeos" loudspeakers.

The three-piece speaker, which is taller than most people and weighs around 200 kilograms, has no fewer than eight woofers, four of which are permanently active, while the others – depending on taste and room acoustics – can be activated via a switch or provide passive support.

The star of the ensemble of drivers, however, is a new type of midrange driver whose super-light foil diaphragm is stabilized by a special matrix created in a 3D printer. Celebrity support for the impressive presentation of the new speakers came from trade show ambassador Alan Parsons (r.).

The price for the Medeos starts at 150,000 euros per pair in Germany, or more for special color requests.
