The new speakers from the French manufacturer Triangle offer streaming via Bluetooth (5.0 aptX) as well as in High-Res quality via Wi-Fi (24bit/192kHz) and various streaming providers like Tidal, Qobuz or Spotify. Thanks to the integrated MM phono preamp, turntables can be connected directly to the speakers. An optical S/PDIF input is also on offer; the active systemalso has a subwoofer output.
The speakers can be controlled via the smartphone app "TRIANGLE AIO", which is supposed to provide easy access to streaming services, among other things. The app also offers the possibility to configure all speakers from Triangle's "AIO" series, and thus enable multi-room playback, or the streaming of different music in different rooms.
Triangle's AIO TWIN wireless speakers are available now* in the finishes "Abyss Blue," "Linen Grey," "Graphite Black" and "Frosted White". The "Brown Maple" finish is expected to be available from September 2021.
