The new headphones are said to provide good sound quality and wearing comfort even for working, traveling and leisure activities. The AH-C830NCW also offer active noise cancelling, which is supposed to filter outside noise with 2 microphones per earpiece; it also has a transparency mode. In addition, a wear sensor is built-in, which pauses and starts music when the earbuds are put in or taken off. Also, the AH-C830NCW has three microphones, two of which are supposed to improve voice quality together with digital signal processing.
Thanks to ear canal simulations, the shape of the new earbuds is said to be particularly good; they also come with three pairs of different-sized silicone ear tips each and are protected against sweat and water (IPX4). Battery life for the AH-C830NCW in Bluetooth mode is stated at up to 6 hours (up to 24 with the charging case), or up to 4.8 hours with ANC enabled (up to 19 with charging case). The AH-C630W are said to be able to play music via Bluetooth for up to 4.5 hours (up to 18 with charging case).
Denon's two new wireless earbuds are available now*. The AH-C380NCW come with a glossy finish in black or white at a price of around €160*, the AH-C630W in matte and also black or white for around €100*.
