The British phono specialist Rega will soon be launching a new MC system called Ania-Pro with the "Vital" tip and hand-wound microcoil familiar from the Apheta-2. The neodymium magnet has been developed specially for Rega. The Ania-Pro comes in a transparent red shell and costs 1000 Euro. The manufacturer recommends a tracking force of 1.75 to 2 grams, and 100 Ohm as terminating resistance.
